Another thing you can use the Google Ads interface for is to gather data on relative search volume for terms you already have on your list. You can also do this later, after you've generated all your keyword ideas. In this case, instead of selecting "Discover new keywords," select the "Get search volume and forecasts" option in the Google Ads interface.

You can then paste your list of keywords you want to get data for.

Google will provide the number of average monthly searches, competition metrics, etc. for the terms that you can export to your main keyword list.

SEMrush
To get all the terms your site is currently ranking for, simply type your domain into the search box of SEMrush's Domain Overview tool. Scroll down to the Top Organic Keywords section and select "View Details." Please note that you need to sign up for a free trial or have a SEMrush account to use it.

Depending on your time and resources, and how deep you want to go, you can filter this list in a number of ways. For example, my particular account is limited to the first 10,000 keywords, and in this case, the total is over 75,000 available keywords. Apply filters at this point to eliminate any groups of terms that are obviously not useful to you.
For example, if you want to exclude all branded terms from this list because you don't really need to "try" to rank for them, you can use the filters to exclude branded terms. Here I'm excluding "rush" as that would remove terms that include "SEMrush", "SEMrush" or "SEMrush.com".
