Example:
A conversion funnel is defined by the following steps: Visits, Leads, Qualified Leads, belgium email list Opportunities and Clients. The offline channel works well and generates a lot of web traffic, but you are not able to generate sales opportunities through your website. Out of every 1000 visits you get only 5 leads and none of those contacts become a sale.
The conversion rate of visits to leads is then 0.5%.

5 x 100% / 1000 = 0.5%
In this case, the problem is not in generating visits, but in converting leads and clients. So, you need to analyze the landing pages, forms or calls to action to take actions that improve the conversion rate.
