RB Distribuidora , founded in 1979, is one of the most traditional distributors in Ceará. It began its activities in Piauí as a small wholesaler of sandals and shredded tobacco. How RB Distribuidora manages commercial processes with Bitrix24
How to make work more productive? This was the concern that started the search for a tool that could automate daily tasks. “As an IT Manager, I always looked for systems that would help teams manage routine activities,” says Luiz, who recognized Bitrix24 as the perfect solution for managing tasks and designing internal process flows. That's how the all-in-one platform became part of RB Distribuidora's routine in 2021.
CRM applied to internal processes
Both RB Distribuidora and Fortali use the same Bitrix24 for payment flows, customer relations, logistics, team requests, supplier requests, meeting room reservations and receipt of goods, to name a few processes that currently run within the CRM , in “Business”, in Kanban mode.
Requests for IT, finance, accounting and, soon, for the board of directors of RB Distribuidora are made via Intelligent Process Automation . Equipment purchases, returns to suppliers, internal breakdowns, process and project portfolios and onboarding of new employees are processes that use flow automation rules.

The IT team has all its tasks organized in a Work Group, where requests are allocated after being created in the CRM. “I can easily view the status of all activities, checking the deadlines that were set and identifying bottlenecks,” says Luiz.

Luiz Carlos delved deeply into the Bitrix24 help topics, gradually implementing the knowledge he acquired. “I ‘sold’ Bitrix24 to the company not as a CRM, even though this feature is the platform’s flagship, but for Task and Project Management and Internal Communication . “It wasn’t easy. Everyone wants change, but no one wants to change.” For Luiz Carlos, the great success of the company was to make the transition to Bitrix24 slowly, starting with key sectors and counting on the support of the most engaged managers. During the weekly leaders’ meeting, testimonials began to emerge and, thus, knowledge began to be shared in team training sessions, carried out by the company itself.
“YouTube helped a lot. The teaching methods used in the videos by Br24 and other partners, such as CRMThink, helped me learn what was necessary to carry out the first implementations and present the platform in operation, in a very simple way.” A lot of study and several tests were necessary to arrive at the flows that exist today.
Luiz believes that now, with B24 Club , the process is even easier: “Back in my day, the adaptation process was very lonely. Nowadays, it’s possible to chat with someone who has had the same doubt and learn from it. I’ve even helped some people there.”
In search of the networking that currently takes place at B24 Club, the IT Manager began to present the platform to professionals like him, who worked at other companies: “The idea was to form a group of people close to me who were also using the tool, with whom I could exchange information and learn together”, he recalls.
