But in order to install any demo, you first need to install a plugin . Inside the theme download zip file, but separate from the theme file itself, there is a plugin called Installer Plugin that you need to upload and install separately.
After doing so, you can navigate to Appearance » Installation Panel to get the demos.
Demos can only be installed on a new WordPress installation that does not already have any other themes, content, categories, sliders or any other type of content.
