Let employees talk about the difficulties they face at work - why deadlines are missed, where processes are slowed down. But not in the form of complaints, but through "I need feedback." Often departments do not understand what their colleagues are doing, and this is where pores arise. Your task as a manager is to make the walls more transparent.
