Need for a Deputy Production Manager

The responsibilities of the Assistant Production Manager include the following tasks:
Direct production management.
Monitoring the execution of individual tasks during the production cycle.

Organization of production of goods from materials left over from the manufacture of the main products.
Organization and control over the activities of departments for the production of prototypes of products.
Ensuring strict compliance with GOSTs, technical regulations, production technologies, implementation of quality control tools, product testing.
Participation in planning measures to improve product quality and establishing a technical control system.
Developing recommendations for senior management on discontinuing unprofitable or obsolete products.
Implementation of new production techniques, maintaining high labor productivity, improving labor safety, ensuring compliance with sanitary standards and regulations.
Preparation of local administrative documents on issues within the competence of the deputy, organization of the work of subordinate management personnel.
