Post by monira#$1244 »

As the world heads into 2021, there is a lot of hope and enthusiasm about business returning to normal. It’s true that vaccinations are picking up pace, but the world is still an uncertain place and much needs to happen for businesses and consumers to regain full confidence. Marketers will need to try to connect and engage with their customers without going too far and creating an uncomfortable experience. As marketers adjust to the current reality, trends in the Philippines are encouraging.

Rule One: Go with the Flow. In 2020, there was a lot estonia telegram number database of focus on trying new marketing strategies that had never been thoroughly tested. That’s to be expected in a massive pandemic that’s upended everything. But as we gradually reset and things start to open back up, it’s imperative to have a plan and follow through with what works. In other words, it’s going to be more important than ever to truly connect with your customers. Back to basics seems to be the theme in the Philippines right now. Whether it’s emails, ads, blogs, podcasts, online events, social, etc., savvy companies are sticking with what works and going with the flow.

In addition to pursuing results that are being created, another solid trend is to build on what already exists. This type of retention marketing is about leveraging existing customers through upselling, new services, and even cross-selling to other departments. It is much easier to sell services to current customers than to potential customers with no customer history. Developing a plan to sell new services to existing customers needs to be combined with a strong relationship, or in a word: trust. This is usually not a difficult proposition if the value is clearly there and the connection has been built over time. Going out of your way to take the service to another level, creating a loyalty program, coming up with new forms of education, and providing valuable information through surveys or feedback are all ways to build a stronger relationship with your customers. From there, selling additional products or services will become much easier.
